With the development in automobile accessory industry, the company introduced technology in manufacturing glass from Korea and Japan with an investment of RMB24 million, and purchased whole sets of advanced technologies and equipments such as a 6T/day full electric smelting furnace from Japan TOSHIBA, manipulators from Korean HYUNDAI Corp. and Japan FANUC Corp., annealing furnaces from Korean Glass Industry Co., Ltd, and etc. so that the production technology and equipments can reach top-ranking level in China. Meanwhile, the company strengthened constantly technological innovation and development capability in new products, introduced respectively a mould processing center from America and Taiwan early or late, owned over ten various equipments for processing mould, established distribution detecting room and testing center for glass component, and developed auxiliary design for distribution mirror computer and processing system. We imported major chemical raw materials from USA to lay a strong foundation for providing customers with better service.
The company annually manufactures all types of glass distribution mirror of 6 million pieces. In addition to assorting for domestic famous manufacturers including Shanghai Xiaoxi Automobile Light Co., Ltd, Changchun Changhai Automobile Light Factory, Guangxi nanning Automobile Accessories Factory, Hubei Automobile Light Factory, Pudong Automobile Light Factory, Changchun Luolan, Taizhou Chunlan, and so on, it supplies qualified products to over ten manufacturers for lights and lanterns of the country.
